### in tonight's top story at 6:30... abc news reporting the ballistics report from the kentucky state police could not determine that the boyfriend of breonna taylor shot one of the officers who responded to the scene.

Abc obtained part of the report saying... the kentucky state police ballistics report says the bullet that hit louisville sergeant john mattingly quote "was neither identified nor elimated as having been fired" from breonna taylor's boyfriend kenneth walker's gun...going on to say "due to the limited markings of comparative value."

Attorney general daniel cameron says the officers involved were justified in their use of force because walker shot first.
