Watch as Hurricane Teddy pounds the New Hampshire coast soaking cars and people in it's path
The waves, high tides and storm surge associated with hurricane Teddy were perfectly captured by Gregg Marks as large waves soak a gentleman watching the scene from the main road.
Teddy has been slowing crawling up into the northeast of the US bringing coastal flooding, strong winds and high tides.
