Rescue team shows bizarre way of catching and releasing a king cobra

A rescue team in Padang, Indonesia shows the correct way to catch and remove a king cobra.

The video, filmed on Monday (September 21) shows the team playing with the female cobra, wearing her out before catching her and releasing her back into the wild.

A witness at the scene explained: "the snake suddenly appeared and we were shocked and immediately called a reptile lover, whose home is not far from the fire department, I suspected the king cobra came out of a ditch not far from my guard post." The evacuation of the female cobra was carried out in about 30 minutes by playing until the snake is tired and tame to put in a sack, so that it can be released into the wild.
