Children were seen playing in floodwaters after heavy rain hit Jakarta, Indonesia on Monday (September 21).
The Indonesia capital is prone to flooding and is rapidly sinking due to uncontrolled groundwater pumping.
President Joko Widodo announced last year that the capital will move to East Kalimantan province on Borneo island.
