Family safe after house fire Thursday night on Riverbluff Road in D’Iberville

Stoppers- - a family of five is safe after- their home caught on fire - thursday- night.- around 9pm the d'iberville fire- department, along with the- biloxi and harrison county fire- went to the 2 story house on- riverbluff road and found flame- coming from one end of- the top story.- d'iberville fire chief gerald - smith tells us it took- firefighters about 15 to 20 - minutes to put out the flames.- one resident received minor - burns on his hands after- trying to put the fire out- himself, but no other injuries- were- reported.
