WEB EXTRA: Aftermath of Hurricane Sally

Hurricane Sally, which has weakened to a tropical storm, is still moving slowly across Gulf Coast states Wednesday (9/16).

The storm dropped about 10-20 inches of rain in some places, according to the National Hurricane Center, and had sustained winds of about 105 miles an hour.
