'Unlikely' vaccine available by Nov. 3: Fauci

U.S. top infectious disease expert, Dr. Anthony Fauci, in an online forum moderated by PBS NewsHour's Judy Woodruff on Tuesday, said while he thinks it's "unlikely" there will be a coronavirus vaccine by Election Day, it's not "impossible."
