Joseph -- where we are learning about a second man charged with murder in the august 9 shooting death of 2-year-old raelynn craig.

Buchanan county prosecutors have charged 21-year-old caimon (ky-mon) ramone stillman with second-degree murder.

A warrant has been issued for stillman's arrest -- and as of this afternoon -- he was not in custody.

Prosecutors allege stillman shot from a black hyundai elantra at a silver dodge caliber killing 2- year-old raelynn craig and injuring two others inside that car.

He's the second man charged with the murder of raelynn.

The other -- we told you about yesterday -- 20-year-old marcain rashaud kimbrough ballard.

According to court documents both men were shooting from elantra into the dodge caliber.

Kimbrough- ballard is in custody and is set to be arrained in buchanan county court
