Students contracting COVID-19 at parties, sleepovers, not at school, Byers says

State epidemiologist Dr. Paul Byers says students who test positive for COVID-19 in K-12 and in college are contracting the virus outside of school, while at parties or other gatherings where they're not social distancing or wearing masks.
