Tennessee child well-being inspection program rolled back after complaints

Governor Bill Lee and the Tennessee Department of Education is rolling back on a program to check on the well-being of children ages zero to 18 during the pandemic.

Local lawmakers say the program was too intrusive and not the state’s place.
