Vaishno Devi Yatra resumes

Pilgrimage to the holy shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi in Jammu resumed from August 16.

Pilgrims arrived at base camp for the Yatra.

They were seen maintaining social distancing while standing in queue.

Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board has allowed entry of 2000 pilgrims per day amid pandemic.

Yatra to hill shrine was suspended from March 18 in view of rising cases of coronavirus.
