COVID-19 fatality rate in India dips to 1.99 percent: Health Ministry

Health Ministry Secretary Rajesh Bhushan in a press conference over COVID-19 situation in India on August 11 announced that the COIVD-19 fatality rate has fallen below 2 percent.

He said, "For the first time in the country, COVID-19 fatality rate has fallen below 2 percent and is currently at 1.99 percent."
