Rep. Bowen says Tosa officer provoked crowd, refutes claim he was assaulted

On Saturday evening during protests at Wauwatosa Police Officer Joseph Mensah's house, he was allegedly assaulted and shot at.

Now, State Representative David Bowen is calling those claims false and that Officer Mensah provoked the protesters outside of the home he was at.
