North Iowa Movie Theater reopening

After a few months of being closed ?

"* a north iowa theatre is reopening ?

"* but there are soe things to keep in mind before popping over to enjoy a flick on the silver screen.

"* the doors are set to open in about an hour and a half here at the charles theatre.

This will be the first weekend open for the one screen theatre since march.

But there will be some changes ?

"* all moviegoers must wear masks ?

"* plexiglass barriers have been installed for ticket takers and concessions ?

"* and every other row will be roped off to maintain distancing.

Customers can only pay via cash, and the staff handling money will not be the same staff handling food.

Manager karen youngerman says these steps must be taken to keep this form of entertainment going in floyd "we're hoping this is a success, but the main thing is keeping everybody safe, our volunteers and our customers."

While there are no new movies to show yet ?

"* youngerman tels me they'll be taking a trip through time ?

"* with the junge book from 20?

"*16 being shown first.

Then it's the 80s ?
