Edgar Samaniego will face three more charges

The man accused of shooting officer Shay Mikalonis last month is facing 3 more charges from the DA's office.

However right now, we don't know what those charges will be.

Edgar Samaniego will be in court again next month.

Officer Mikalonis is currently at a long-term rehabilitation center out of state.

The shooting left him paralyzed from the neck down.
