Senior counsel and former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi spoke on the Rajasthan High Court order.
Rohatgi said the real question to ask is “will raising your voice make you lose your seat?” Rajasthan HC ordered ‘status quo’ on the disqualification row of Sachin Pilot.
Rohatgi, in conversation with Hindustan Times’ Sunetra Choudhury, said Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is asking for a floor test and not the opposition.
