Assam floods: Lesser wildlife causality at Kaziranga National Park this year, says state Forest Minister

The Kaziranga National Park in Assam recorded less wildlife causality this year so far, said Forest Minister of the state, Parimal Suklabaidya."This year, state observed more flood compared to last year.

But wildlife causality is less in Kaziranga National Park, 116 animals died this year, while 263 died last year.

Even numbers of road accidents of animals were decreased.

Total number of 11 rhinoceros died so far." On the other hand, we rescued 143 animals this year so far, last year it was 169.
