Indiana AG says governor overstepped authority with criminalizing mask violations

Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill thinks wearing a face mask to control the spread of the coronavirus among Hoosiers is a good idea.

He just doesn’t believe the Governor’s executive order and the criminal penalty that goes along with it is legal.
