The Vatican announced Thursday that Bishop Edward Malesic of Greensburg, Pennsylvania will become the 12th Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland, replacing Archbishop Nelson Perez who was moved to head the Philadelphia Archdiocese earlier this year.
