A brush fire erupted in Rancho Palos Verdes, California on Wednesday near Marymount College and Trump National Golf Course, according to local media outlets.

(July 8) "The city is in communication with the Los Angeles County Fire Department and is monitoring the situation," per a city news release.

"Updates will be shared as they become available." The golf course is owned by President Donald Trump.
