Architects Envision Floating Homes For Coastal Communities Around The World

These floating houses anchored to the sea bed rise and fall with the tide.

Created by Manila-based architects Dada Design.

'Currents for Currents' aims to combat the vulnerability of waterfront areas in the face of natural disasters.

Every single dwelling is anchored to the sea bed and powered by both tidal and solar energy rendering the entire community to be completely off-grid and self-sufficient.

Current of Currents proposes a sustainable future that not only respects the environment, but also survives thanks to the environment.
