Activist Says LAPD Shot Him With Rubber Bullet, Plans To File Lawsuit

A South African activist and author who claims he had to undergo surgery after Los Angeles police shot him with a rubber bullet while protesting last month in the Fairfax District is planning to file a lawsuit against the city with celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom.
