Occurred on June 7, 2018 / Portland, Oregon, USA Info from Licensor: "I was getting gas in Portland at a shell station and saw this happening and they couldn’t turn it off I was going to run and grab it.

But the employees yelled stop because the emergency shut off wouldn’t work."
