Crews clean up blocked roads in Carroll County after deadly storms

Strong storms moved through Carroll and Baltimore counties Monday afternoon and evening, particularly in Finksburg, where a man was killed and residents are picking up from the damage.

There were still many downed trees in the 2900 block of Bloom Road in Finksburg, and the cleanup will go on for quite some time.
