Calls for removal of colonial statues in South Africa

A group of protesters calling themselves the Black People National Crisis Committee assembled outside South Africa's parliament and called for the removal of the Louis Botha statue.

They are showing solidarity with the global Black Lives Matter movement who are calling for the removal of all colonial and slave trade statues.
