Delivery drivers say a Valley restaurant is operating out of apartment kitchen

The coronavirus pandemic shut down Arizona restaurants for months this year.

During that time nearly every one of them moved to delivery apps like DoorDash, Postmates, GrubHub or Uber Eats.
