Construction of sports infrastructure resumes in JandK's Pulwama

Amid relaxations in unlock 1.0, construction of sports infrastructure is underway in Pulwama district.

The sports lovers of Pulwama welcomed the move at Chiva Khurd village.

The construction work is being done by Department of Youth Services and Sports and Jammu and Kashmir sports council and the total cost of the project is about Rs 60 Lakhs.

The state administration with the help of other agencies have started a massive campaign to engage the youth in sports activities so that these youth are not used by any anti national elements and in this regard various sports tournaments will be organized once the COVID-19 situation is controlled.
