Two arrested after crash involving Terre Haute Code Enforcement truck

Ran outside and called 9-1-1.

A man is facing charges after police say he hit a city truck while under the influence.

Officers arrested this man -- joshua thompson.

His charges include operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and possession of marijuana.

The crash happened at 13th and voorhees streets in terre haute.

Police say thompson rear-ended a code enforcement truck.

The driver of the city truck went to the hospital but is "okay."
