Construction work of International Yoga Centre in JandK's Udhampur resumes after lockdown relaxation

Construction work of International Yoga Centre at Mantalai in Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir has resumed.

Amid COVID-19 lockdown, govt provided some relaxation to resume development works.

International Yoga Centre is part of the Modi govt's 'Swadesh Darshan' launched to develop potential tourism spots in the Valley.

Locals hail Prime Minister's efforts to develop JandK as independent tourist destination.

The lockdown has been extended till May 03 to curb the spread of coronavirus.

JandK has reported a total of 614 cases of COVID-19, including 08 deaths.
