Georgia Gov.
Brian Kemp plans to end the state’s shelter-in-place order for most residents.
According to Business Insider, the elderly and “medically fragile” will have to continue to shelter in place until June 12.
Kemp said: "However, moving forward, I'm urging Georgians to continue to stay home whenever possible." Georgia has reported over 26,000 confirmed cases, over 5,000 hospitalization and 1,120 deaths.
Many businesses have already opened and Kemp is requiring them to follow “minimum basic operations” of safety.
