Apartment building damaged by early morning fire

Reports came in just after 2:30 this morning on north adams street.

Jacob how bad is the damage?

This is on 260 north adams street in the whiteaker area.

Reports came in just after 2:30 this morning.

Fire started in a partially enclosed porch area outside the unit.

It spread a little bit into the rest of the unit.

The man inside is fine.

Some smoke did make it to 2 other attached units, but no damage to those units.

No word on cause.

Fire marshall on scene is investigating that.

Rough estimate of damage at least 20- thousand.
