Even as India recorded its biggest spike in a day of fresh COVID-19 cases, the recovery rate was also at a high of 20.59%.
Meanwhile, UP & MP have decided to bring back their migrant laboureres from other states in phases.
The plan is being fleshed out by govt officials and bureaucrats.
