Airlines Look To Work Together To Make Up For Losses During COVID-19

Airlines are reevaluating the way things are done to try and stem losses caused by the coronavirus.

According to Business Insider, they are thinking of consolidating service and coordinating routing.

To make it happen, the Transportation Department would have to allow temporary modifications to current service routes.

The coronavirus bailout package requires airlines to continue service as much as possible between cities.

Yet some flights are almost empty, costing airlines money and now they want to try and work together to not lose as much.
