Playground closed as St. Petersburg adopts strict COVID-19 measures

Children's playgrounds are seen fenced with special restrictive ribbons in St Petersburg on Tuesday (March 31).

Authorities in Russia’s second city introduced a partial lockdown on Monday and have imposed strict measures to limit movements.

Residents can only leave their home for essential shopping or in the event of an emergency.
