Dominic Cummings asked about Andrew Sabisky appointment

Chief Special Adviser Dominic Cummings is asked if he regrets the appointment of Andrew Sabisky, and if he were a "fan of eugenics".

Mr Sabiksy resigned as a newly-appointed advisor following criticism of alleged past remarks on pregnancies, eugenics and race.
