Storm Bert disruption continues with 200 flood alerts in place

Melting snow and heavy rain leads to extensive flooding in the Yorkshire Dales Valley of Wensleydale in the wake of Storm Bert. Dozens of flood warnings are in place in Yorkshire after snow hit parts of north and central England Scotland this week.
