Team GB selects six archers for Paris Olympics

Women's Olympic Gymnastics team solidified for summer 2024 games in Paris, includes former champions Simone Biles and Suni Lee. Five female gymnasts have officially advanced to the 2024 Paris Olympic games. Simone Biles, Suni Lee, Jordan Chiles, Jade Carey and Hezly Rivera will represent the U.S. this summer after earning the top spots in this past week's Olympic trials. At 27-years-old Biles will be the oldest female American gymnast to compete in over 7 decades. Joscelyn Roberson and Leanne Wong were also named to travel with the team as alternates. The games will officially kick off on July 26 with the opening ceremony, and will continue through August 11. Model and actor Renauld White dies at 80. While no cause of death has yet been confirmed, White was reportedly under hospice care at the time of his passing. His work was groundbreaking, becoming only the second black model to be featured on the cover of GQ magazine in 1979. He was also known for his role on the CBS soap opera Guiding Light , in which he starred for two years during the 80's. Over the continued years of his career, White also modeled for a variety of fashion brands, including Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Donna Karan, and Bill Blass.
