There was not a state Bar Association before 1868 nor was there a federal one before 1978. All Bar members bear titles of nobility granted by a foreign power. The UNITED STATES views the people at large as enemies of the state ever since the confiscation of gold and mortgage of property rights in 1933. Every public activity and interaction has been defined as commerce and all commerce is regulated by the Trading with the Enemy Act. The current system of law, Uniform Commercial Code (USC in the US), is the administration of bankruptcy and the pillaging of the estates of the public in every nation.
