Arms licences scam: J&K HC seeks MHA’s status report on prosecution sanction of IAS officers

The Jammu & Kashmir High Court has directed the Ministry of Home Affairs to submit its final decision regarding the prosecution of IAS officers involved in the arms licenses scam. Advocate Shakeel Ahmed criticized both MHA and J&K govt for intentionally delaying the process despite the CBI's request for prosecution sanctions.
