15 dead in kite-flying mishaps across Gujarat

At least 15 fatalities and hundreds of injuries occurred in Gujarat due to kite flying incidents during Makar Sankranti or Uttarayan. Accidents were primarily caused by sharp manjha or falls from terraces. The youngest victim was a 10-month-old girl, and emergency incidents surged by 30% across the state.
