Army's Gift of Sight: 250 veterans' visions restored ahead of New Year in mega camp

The initiative, proposed by Lt Gen (retired) Gurmit Singh and instructed by Lt Gen Sadhana Saxena Nair, aimed to help veterans in remote Himalayan locations.
