NCC canteen employee among 3 held for black marketing Tirumala VIP darshan tickets

An NCC canteen employee in Tirupati and two accomplices were arrested for fraudulently obtaining VIP break darshan tickets. They charged a retired army jawan Rs 40,000 for four tickets, using a fake I-card to secure the tickets through the GAD and TTD.
