Devotees won’t be allowed atop hill in Tiruvannamalai on Maha Deepam fest

Following a recent landslide and expert recommendations, devotees will be barred from climbing Annamalaiyar hills during the Maha Deepam festival on December 13th. Essential personnel and officials will be allowed access to transport materials and light the Deepam, ensuring the festival's continuation.
