Hemant Soren Set to Return as Jharkhand CM: INDIA Bloc's Resounding Victory| Oneindia
Hemant Soren is set to take the oath as Jharkhand's Chief Minister on November 28 after the INDIA bloc's decisive victory, winning 56 out of 81 Assembly seats. Soren resigned before staking claim to form the government and was unanimously elected as the legislative party leader by INDIA bloc MLAs. The alliance, comprising JMM, Congress, RJD, and CPI(ML), showcased its political dominance. Soren submitted his claim with MLA support, highlighting the bloc’s unity, while the NDA secured 24 seats in the elections.
