The National Investigation Agency (NIA) apprehended M Mohammed Ali Jinnah in Tamil Nadu for providing refuge to a fugitive involved in the 2019 murder of Ramalingam. Ramalingam was killed by members of the banned outfit Popular Front of India (PFI) for opposing their conversion activities.
