Mallu Hindu officers': Action likely against IAS officer on Kerala chief secy’s report to CM

Kerala Chief Secretary Sarada Muraleedharan has reportedly briefed Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on alleged breaches of conduct by IAS officers. The report recommends action against K Gopalakrishnan for allegedly creating communal WhatsApp groups and then falsely claiming his phone was hacked.
