Miscreants at it on Bhopal's VIP Road again, now drag traffic barricade

Three boys on a scooter dragged a traffic barricade at Bhopal's Retghat Square, causing disruption. The incident was recorded by a passerby and shared on social media. Police are reviewing CCTV footage to identify the suspects. Previous similar incidents on VIP Road have also led to criminal cases being filed.
