24-year-old youth kills man with chopper in Delhi, arrested in UP's Etah

In southwest Delhi’s Palam area, 24-year-old Uchit Rawat was arrested for allegedly murdering 55-year-old Devdas. The incident came to light after a foul smell from Devdas's flat led police to discover his decomposed body. Rawat confessed to killing Devdas following a drunken altercation.
