Bomb hoax: Canadian Air Force A330 flying AI passengers from Iqaluit to Chicago

Over 200 passengers from Air India’s Delhi-Chicago flight, diverted to Iqaluit due to a threat message, have been flown to Chicago by the Royal Canadian Air Force. The original aircraft remains in Iqaluit due to crew duty limitations and will be flown later with the luggage.

Air India Bomb Hoax: Canadian Air Force Transports Stranded Air India Passengers to Chicago
Air India announced on Wednesday that its Chicago-bound flight, carrying 211 passengers, was en route to its destination after being diverted to Canada due to a bomb threat. On Tuesday, seven Indian flights received similar threats, with at least two requiring emergency landings. Air India stated that passengers from flight AI127 were transported on a Canadian Air Force aircraft that departed from Iqaluit at 3:54 AM local time, expected to arrive in Chicago at 7:48 AM US time.
