Andhra Pradesh, Telangana Floods: States Brace For More Rain; Rescue, Relief Operations Continue

After heavy rains caused extensive damage in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, a respite allowed for relief operations, Andhra Pradesh reported 17 deaths and three missing in flooded areas.
